HOA Boot Camp grew from a simple conviction: homeowners and residents deserve understandable information, useful tools, and direct access to people who can help.

Milestones

2014

HOA Alliance is founded

The nonprofit is formed to unite and empower residents and homeowners associations through education, advocacy, and collaboration.

2016–2017

A regional training model takes shape

HOA Boot Camps reach communities including Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Henry, Clayton, Fayette, and Rockdale, pairing local access with expert instruction.

2018–2019

The calendar expands

Statewide Georgia gatherings and recurring county programs make practical HOA education available to thousands of community leaders and residents.

2020

Training goes virtual

When in-person gathering became difficult, the program continued online with virtual Boot Camps serving communities across metro Atlanta and beyond.

2021–2023

Communities reconnect

Virtual and in-person programs continue, including statewide and regional events in DeKalb, Douglas, Clayton, Gwinnett, Henry, South Fulton, East Point, and more.

Today

A national platform for local leadership

HOA Boot Camp is building a licensable model for homeowners, residents, and community organizations across all 50 states.
