Co-founder

Attorney & Commissioner Marvin Arrington, Jr.

Marvin S. Arrington, Jr. is an Atlanta native, attorney, civic leader, and the District 5 Commissioner on the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. A graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law, he has more than 25 years of experience across litigation and the judicial process.

His legal practice includes homeowners association matters, and his public service has consistently emphasized education, empowerment, arts and culture, and stronger neighborhoods. As an HOA Alliance co-founder, he helps translate complex legal and governance issues into practical guidance residents can use.

Co-founder

Corro'll H. Driskell, Sr.

Corro'll H. Driskell, Sr. is a community association member advocate, policy advocate, organizer, and the CEO of HOA Alliance. His work centers the lived experience of homeowners and residents—helping community leaders understand their governing documents, build accountable organizations, and speak with a stronger collective voice.

He has helped organize the Alliance's recurring HOA Boot Camps, bringing attorneys, public officials, subject-matter experts, and residents together for practical leadership training. His organizing has helped extend that education across counties, municipalities, and virtual audiences.
